NEW MEMBER - Need A healthier eating pattern

Hi

I'm new here and I would like some advice for my eating pattern.

When I was pregnant, I ate for a whole army. Once my baby was born that was completly gone and I went back to my routine before I was pregnant. Which was:

- No breakfast

- A snack (chocolate, candy,...) when i'm hungry

- Lunch (not always)

- Dinner

It's not healthy at all, so I would like some advice or recipes on how I can adjust my eating pattern so I have all the necessary vitamins and nutritional values.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Helene27 ,

Maybe have a look at the Healthy Eating pages, which is linked to this forum, for some info:

Also, have a look at our Topics to see if there's anything that interests you.

Take a look at some of my recipe posts over the past few weeks. A lot of them aren't fancy meals, & are straightforward easy things to make that will last a few days. It's important that you look after yourself in order to keep healthy for your baby, so having regular healthy snacks on hand, for occasions that you can't leave your nipper for long enough to cook something. I love nuts & seeds, fruit & yoghurt as easy to grab foods that will provide me with protein, & which stop the temptation to eat something unhealthy, easier still is getting out of the habit of buying any bad stuff.
