Calcium to Phosphorus ratio

Hey everyone! Quick question: When consuming a large number of eggs, how does it affect the calcium to phosphorus ratio? I've heard that eggs provide a lot more phosphorus than calcium, and I'm wondering if this could cause an imbalance. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

You can try to balance it out with other foods.

sugar-gliders.com/calcium-t... just an example for pets it looks like but could be similar for humans. There is probably something online that would fit your dietary plans better than this, hope you can find something helpful.

You can look up ratios of calcium to phosphorus in the foods that you eat personally,

Yes, any kind of eating extra of something can cause imbalances, and, imbalances can occur with medications with some kinds of supplements or foods, so it would be good to check out the numbers for the foods that you enjoy the most.
