Hey everyone! Quick question: When consuming a large number of eggs, how does it affect the calcium to phosphorus ratio? I've heard that eggs provide a lot more phosphorus than calcium, and I'm wondering if this could cause an imbalance. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
