I'm really trying to be mindful when it comes to food as I sometimes eat due to habit and boredom. I set myself a SMART goal which I manage to keep up since creating this goal. Settle for junk food once a week so I don't feel deprived. I try to save any chocolate or crisp for a Saturday night when the cravings are high 😁 and so far I've lost 2lbs yay !!
