Slimming World
Hi Nela01 ,
Welcome to the Healthy Eating forum. I've never attended Slimming World sessions, but I have occasionally bought their Magazines, and I do like their recipes on the whole.
The NHS weight loss forum is helpful for losing weight, and it's free and very supportive, so maybe have a look at that forum - it's in Healthunlocked, and I can give you a link to it, if you have difficulty finding it, and want to take a look.
Wishing you a great week.

Body shaming & low fat diets aren't good. One is expensive & potentially embarrassing, & the other is not sustainable. They make money from people who loose weight the first time, then keep going back because it worked the once.
Try looking into healthier options such as restrictive or timed eating, or change what you eat to healthy options only. Eat a good probiotic to keep your gut health happy, & avoid toxic foods like artificial sweeteners & margarine. Make sure you eat enough protein from a good source & avoid anything processed.
Been SW member several times with success but always put weight on. Have just lot 3 stone in 3 months on low carb healthy fat plan. It's staying off this time as I am on my way to reversing diabetes. Try it....it not a diet but a way of eating for life
My son is with SW and lost nearly 4.5stone in 25 weeks. However, I couldn't do it, it is low fat (which isn't that healthy as you deprive yourself of good fats). I've cut down on carbs and am eating more good fats (not LCHF for me but LCMF (medium) ). I did slimming clubs years ago and lost weight but it all came back on
