Sunday Lunch

As I am so busy today, I decided to go for a really quick salad from Joe Wicks' Lean in 15. A bit calorific but great!

110g of tuna steak =- 120KCal/ 2 g fat

2 spring onions thinly sliced - 15 KCal/ 0g

125 g mango cubed - 60Kcal /0g

75 g black eyed peas - 90KCal/ 2 g

70g avocado pear cubed - 143KCal/ 15g

4 cherry tomatoes sliced in half - 12KCal/ 0g

2 teaspoons olive oil - 100KCal/ 12g

Method:

Season the tuna and grill. In the mean time mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the grilled tuna and season with salt, pepper and 1/2 lemon..

Total = 540KCal/ 31g

Enjoy!

Hi Hidden ,

Mmmm, this looks so tasty and nutritious. Thanks for sharing it. I really like tuna, and haven't had any for a while, so thanks for reminding me of it.

Hope you're having a great weekend.

Zest :-)
