Since it's another warm weather day, I had decided to have egg whites, hummus, tuna and a Greek strawberry yogurt for my lunch today. The egg whites were liquid egg whites and they were from a leftover dinner we served cold yesterday. We still have a few left for today when we have lunch today, too.

I usually make it just with lots of garlic. I follow a Greek recipe that I’ve used for years. It never lasts long in our household. Sometimes I will put it in pitta bread to take for lunch with salad or I mix up a batch of quinoa with fresh coriander, diced cucumber and tiny tomatoes and eat it with that😊
That sounds really good. One of my favorite flavors for hummus is garlic. My second one is roasted red pepper.
