I'm back after a 2 month break due to personal problems, so didn't stick to my healthy eating plan, but still managed to lose 3lb.

My starting weight in April was 17st. 12lb and I now weigh 16st 9lb. I am hoping to lose at least 1st 7lb. by October 24th.

Hi ladikool23 ,

Welcome back, and I think you've done really well to lose 3 pounds, even though you've had some personal problems. You're well into the 16's now - that is great! Really well done.

Have you also seen the NHS weight loss community, as it has lots of group activities going on - a link is here if you want to have a look:

You are doing really well, and I hope you have a great week, and good luck with your remaining weight loss goals.

You can do this!

Zest :-)
