woke this morning with right ear appeared to feel blocked so foolishly pinched my nose & blew so as to clear it ---that worked but left ear now has a HIGH pitch sound its driving me crazy

thank you for your reply--- this morning woke without high pitched sound --so miracles do happen never prayed so hard for it to stop because it was awful feel for those with tinnitus so taking extra care & will never pinch my nose to clear a blocked ear .
