Supermarket or local market if they have a stall of spices etc.
there are a few kinds of cinnamon that i know off. one is cassia cinnamon and if a person has liver disease it can make the liver worse if you take to much of it. The best one to get is ceylon cinnamon or now called sri lanka.i shall put a link to this very interestsing article about cinnamon. where it explains the reasons and facts about taking the differnt kinds.
