The honey and cinnamon has knocked it right out and as a added bonus I have lost 8 pounds, all in only 3 days my only regret is I did not know about this sooner! Highly recommend.

Check out more details about cinnamon recommended and particularly be aware of the Cautions:

What are the risks of taking cinnamon?

Side effects.

Cinnamon usually causes no side effects. Heavy use of cinnamon may irritate the mouth and lips, causing sores. In some people, it can cause an allergic reaction. Applied to the skin, it might cause redness and irritation.

Risks.

Very high quantities of cassia cinnamon may be toxic, particularly in people with liver problems. Because cinnamon may lower blood sugar, people with diabetes may need to adjust their treatment if they use cinnamon supplements. People who have cancer that’s affected by hormone levels, like breast cancer, should not take cinnamon. An ingredient in some cinnamon products, coumarin, may cause liver problems. Given the lack of evidence about its safety, cinnamon -- as a treatment -- is not recommended for children or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Interactions.

If you take any medicines regularly, talk to your doctor before you start using cinnamon supplements. They could interact with antibiotics, diabetes drugs, blood thinners, heart medicines, and others.

Glad the cinnamon is working for you at this time.

Thank you, I appreciate the heads up on cinnamon, all I can say is my mother has had a chronic cough for over 20 years now she started this treatment putting it her coffee in the morning. Her chronic cough has all but gone away, and she hasn't needed her oxygen as much, has a clinical study been done because being familiar with these studies like a drug trial while the subject is taking this drug anything that happens to them while on it is recorded by law to be a side affect wether it had anything to do with it or not, so many of the things listed about the use of cinnamon may not even be valid. I of course only recommend the purest forms of honey and cinnamon and only take it with my coffee in the morning the doses I was taking was to get me over that cold bug that just kept hanging on, within three days it was all gone and I feel better. I go on results and would rather take my risks with a natural remedy than a man made synthetic that has far worst side effects, not to say they don't have their place, a lot of lives have been saved because of them. Just saying sometimes ya just has to take your chances! Thank you for your input please keep up the good work !

You need to watch the honey!, Sri Lankan cinnamon stick boiled in water, 1/2 cup in the evening hot and 1/2 cup in the morning cold do work very well. You can add 1/2 lime or lemon juice as well to the 1/2 cup.

honey has some side effect to some people but not to all!
