Half teaspoon of Cinamon stick powder mixed with a cup of hot milk will reduce sugar level.

I think so as well Carol94...I am going to try it. I am hearing 2 tablespoon of organic apple cider raw vinegar with mother, mixed with 1/2 cup of water will help lower blood pressure. Or just taking an aspirin a day.

I think it would help...with other natural remedies as well....the whole point is to get away from pharmaceutical companies the government is connected too. If we practice a natural way of living we are putting ourselves in a better lifestyle of living. No reason to be afraid...it's okay 😊

Try garlic. It's a natural antioxidant and lowers blood pressure. I have garlic water and also take 'blackseed oil' which works many wonders. Also pomegranate juice. Amazing stuff.

Google or YouTube it. Check it out! 👍🏿💯

Good luck

Black seed oil or nigella seed is an ancient remedy that's stood the test of time thousands of years ago. From middle east or Africa continent. Has amazing properties that can heal ailments. This you can buy on eBay, Amazon or an Islamic shop. Depending where your located. YouTube it.

I use it 1/2 - 1 tspn twice daily.

Also I take bisoprolol and swap it for this or pure pomegranate juice.

Even a clove of garlic twice daily helps as whole or soak in water and drink during the day. Keeps me healthy.

Wow! Thanks for the tip...and I am all about the ancient remedies. Anything but relying on the pharmaceuticals and government practices. They are trying to kill us all out here! The worst thing about this is that they pay some doctors to do it. Noted: some doctors, because not all doctors are evil or bad...again, thanks getrico! 😊👍🏽👍🏽

Glad I could be of some help.

I totally agree with you regarding western medicine and especially the pharmaceutical industry. It's a monopoly!

Stay healthy naturally! 👍🏿🙌🏿💯
