Well -so far I have made tuna patties, eaten with tomatoes and sweetcorn. Next I've prepared tuna fish cakes with tabasco sauce. They are in the freezer to be eaten later this week. Today I've made a Tuna bake.
Recipe.... serves 4
180g cooked wholemeal pasta. Gently fry one sliced onion and 130g sliced mushrooms. Add to the pasta.
Stir in a cup of mushroom soup (Ainslie Harriet brand works well )
Drain 2 tins tuna ( in spring water) add to pasta mix.
Add 40g cheddar cheese and 60g garden peas.
Stir all together and put in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle 40g cheese on top.
Bake 200degree c. Eat when nicely brown on top.
Delicious and approx 262 calories.
Will I get tired of Tuna? Lolπ

Wow, Roset16 - your meal looks so delicious - and beautifully presented as well. Great idea adding the mushroom soup for the sauce - and I like the addition of the Garden peas - they would be tasty and colourful. I love tuna bake, and your recipe looks really great.
Just to say your Tuna Pasta Bake influenced me, and I ended up adding a tin of tuna to my vegetable and bean casserole, plus some wholemeal penne pasta, and cheese on top, and I had a delicious 'tuna bake' as well tonight. It was yummy. Thanks for the inspiration - and hope you're enjoying the week so far.
