Hi Carsb ,
Congratulations on losing 1 stone - that is fantastic! Also, you've managed to maintain that weight loss since Christmas, so again - really well done.
I know you'd like to continue to lose some more weight. Maybe use this link page (to the NHS Choices) to check out a recommended calorie range for your new stats - as that could help you to go forward and lose more weight - depending on how much more you need to lose:
nhs.uk/Livewell/weight-loss...
If you work within your recommended calorie range, and maybe follow the NHS 12 week plan for some structure - that would be one way to keep going.
Also, if you like the idea of weight loss badges, and support from weigh-ins, then maybe join the Weight Loss NHS forum - and join in with everything that's going on in there, as the support could be the thing that might spur you forward and help you succeed further.
I hope these suggestions are helpful. I hope you'll stick around in the Healthy Eating forum too - and maybe share any healthy recipes or tips you come across.
Good luck!
Zest
Are you ensuring you have enough protein & essential nutrients?
I've read that dieting for prolonged periods can shock your body into storing what you eat as it can go into starvation mode.
Also avoid unfermented soya, & perhaps check if your eating foods that might impair your thyroid function.
