Hi Lippy47, can't really advise but good luck. I use Fit-bit and it balances energy I've used to amount of calories i should eat. Use My Fitness Plan to record meals.

Hi Lippy47 ,

Welcome to the Healthy Eating forum. You could use the NHS BMI calculator to decide on your calorie range - I'll give you some link pages from NHS choices website that might be helpful:

The first is the generic pages for weight loss:

nhs.uk/livewell/healthy-eat...

This link is for the NHS weight loss community - if you're interested in doing a weigh-in, they have daily groups - so something to consider.

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Finally, this is the NHS BMI calculator - it gives a recommended calorie range after you input your personal stats, so worth a look:

nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyw...

Wishing you success with your weight loss goals, and hope to see you around in the Healthy Eating forum too.

Zest :-)
