I am joining Health Unlocked as I am on the final leg of my weight loss journey and looking to get that final stone off.. I would love to connect with others out there who are in a similar position to me. I live in Basingstoke Hampshire.

Well done on your weight loss. I found the last stone to lose the absolute pits. The only thing that triggered a loss for me was doing the 5:2 plan. I didn't follow it full on but did it for two or three weeks and it worked for me. Then I carried on doing my own thing and managed to get to my target weight. All the best.
