Hi Everyone,

Was wondering if anyone would like to share any low calorie recipies that taste good. I like a variety of food and I am willing to try different things. Any help is grately appreciated as I get very bored of the same thing over and over...

hellou why did you choose calorie restriction method for weight loss? I think it is not right approach, and maby it will work in short term, but no in long term and sometimes this approach when is not used well, can make situation worse that before...

But you are experimenting and you can learn something, good luck, i wish you all the best.

I'm trying everything. I have had a go at many different things and just seeing which works better for my body. Thank you for te advice though.

I understand you, i have same approach - to try everthing :).

I want to give you two advices yet. They have nothing to do with any diets, just in principles.

1. If you are overweighted, than you are resist to insulin . Well, increase insulin sensitivity :). You have to find out how... There are many ways to do it. Main way is - not increase insulin to many time per day. Or some food do it like - cinamon.

2. Learn your body to burn fat effectively. How? Example with movement and eating. Maby it is better to say when body doesn't burn fat or just a little bit. It happens, when insulin level is high, body doesnt burn fat. So you dont increase insulin per day so many times. I think breakfasts are most importnat, becasue when you sleep body is burning fat - it uses fat as main source of energy. When you increase insulin at the morning body stop that and it looks for next source of energy - glucose (simple form of carbs/sugars). So you can shift fat burning to lunch or dinner - It depends on how you are metabolic flexible.

Thats all, it really works, i have done these two principles three years in practise.
