Hi I've just signed up to this program. Been on loads of diets over the years but never can keep the weight off. Been using a fitbit for 6 months doing 11,500 steps now a day but not shifting any of the weight. Hope this program will help. Any tips welcomed!

Cut the carbs my friend.....cut the carbs.....try to stay under 1500 calories a day....try 30 mins workout 3 times a week.
Most importantly, do NOT be hard on yourself and don't set targets you won't keep to.
Be realistic and true to yourself.
Come on....you can do it...
