Trying to loose weight. On Urso for PBC which is know to make you put on weight.
Trying to find the right calories to eat to loose the weight. Have a BMI of 32 but can’t have anywhere near what they suggested which is 1450 and 1876 calories.
Any suggestions.

May I ask you how many calories you're able to get to? I know you're aiming for 1450 to 1876, and so wondered how far short you are of the 1450 mark. Also, are you having regular meals - i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe an optional snack or two? Are you managing to achieve a good balance of nutrients - suitable to your needs and preferences?
I know those are quite a few questions - but it would help to have a bit more information before proceeding with suggestions.
I eat rude health porridge, salad or small sandwich for lunch and a healthy dinner, chicken, veg and a few potatoes. I have a couple of pieces of fruit. I am religiously counting and weighing.
I'm not sure how your PBC will factor into this (ask your doctor) but I suggest you check out the LCHF forum. There's nothing exactly wrong with what you're eating, but it's not conducive to weight loss. Losing bodyfat is something that your body simply doesn't want to do (that's doubly true for women!) and you have to do some slightly odd things to make it happen. If you "restrict calories", all that happens - for most people at least - is that your body recalibrates itself to run on less energy. Try here to start with:
If your doctor advises against this, you might want to try andyswarbs vegan diet. Considering the nature of your condition, it might work well for you.
I just saw your replies here - thanks for the extra information. To be honest, I'm not sure what to suggest to you - maybe you need some specialist advice from a dietician? I am surprised to hear you gain weight if you eat more than 1400 calories, as the weight range is usually quite good - but maybe something is happening related to your Urso.
How long have you been trying to lose weight?
It's great that you're eating healthy meals - and I can see that you're doing some exercise too - as you've enjoyed a lovey walk today. I think I saw you had also posted in the NHS weight loss forum, so I hope you're also finding them to be helpful there - they have the weekly weigh-ins and so much going on related to weight loss. Might be worth putting a post there as well - if you've not already asked about it there.
I hope you enjoy your gym membership - there are lots of great things to do at a gym - I have let my membership lapse at the moment, as I've been exercising more outdoors, but I like what gyms have to offer - I really hope you enjoy it.
