Hi everyone, I am joining the community to pick up some new ideas of how best to get all the benefits from healthy eating whilst still being able to make some really tasty food that is healthy. I am a student at university and whilst I have generally eaten healthily in previous years, my timetable this year has led to me snacking more than usual as i am out of the house from 9am until about 8pm in the evenings.

Hello Charley

Hard to stick to s good eating plan whilst your day to day living is busy and erratic 😕 My daughter is also a student and works part time, careful planning, making meals in advance, and healthy snacks are what work for her 😊 Good luck
