Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone here... I am really interested in ideas for healthy eating. I joined slimming world back in January and achieved my 2.5 stone loss target a few weeks ago, I have also started doing the C25K program (on week 5) and stopped smoking last week which has finished off my plan to change my lifestyle by the end of 2019.
My plan now is to maintain my weight loss, get fitter and not go back to smoking so any ideas for good recipes etc are always welcome and I will offer any support I can to everyone else here.
