So I gym before work and I substitute breakfast for shakes! I am a healthy eater and like to indulge on cheat days here and there! Please can you inform me of hidden tips of getting a flat stomach!

Hi,flat stomach from my experience :
Lots of protein ,eggs are very good ,replace sugar with small portions of honey.
Keep potatoes,pasta,bread,rice etc out of your daily diet ,as much as you can!!
My stomach is as flat as a board and I'm 65. Ive been that way most of my life and I eat bread pasta rice frequently. Everyone is different. However I've always worked my abdominal muscles.@
A flat stomach comes from having not too much fat around the mid section and having good core muscles. Find exercise to work those mid section muscles and eventually your stomach gets flatter. Some people however have naturally more curvy shapes than others. If your diet is OK and the indulge days not too frequent accept the shape you are.

I think I worded this post badly - I have a flat stomach, I want to make it toned! I am a bit of a fitness freak and gym regularly but also indulge here and there. I suppose I was looking for any foods which are good for the stomach or drinks!
My stomach is toned even now. Ive done crunches and core exercises consistently all my life, even when pregnant. SIt ups don't work as they mostly work the back muscles. Rowing machine is good. I don't think any food particularly helps the stomach though I've heard that sugar and alcohol ( wine and beer ) are particularly bad .
