Gluten free flat bread with egg and salad.

Hi everyone,

Here’s what I had for lunch today, it’s home baked gf flat bread with no yeast or sugar with egg mayo mixed salad and cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes are local and organic and all nice and healthy too. 😊

This looks and sounds really delicious, Hidden . The tomatoes 🍅 look like some cherry tomatoes that we had gotten a few times before COVID19 had started.

The flat bread looks wonderful. How long did it take to bake? Glad you enjoyed everything.😀👍🥗🫓

Hey thanks Leah, it only takes about 25 mins to bake and I love egg mayo with salad and baby tomatoes. 😊

That’s really good to know about the time for the bread to bake. I will have to see if I can do it very soon. Thank you!😀👍🥗

I managed to get link but can’t find gf recipe only baguette. Is it simple gf bread flour with salt and water?

Here's the flat bread recipe,

350g gluten free bread flour I used Doves farm.

300ml water

1 Table spoon of olive oil,

1 tea spoon salt

2 large free range eggs.

Mix thoroughly in a food processor and put in a large loaf tin allow to prove 35 mins and bake for 35mins 180C For a crusty white loaf and less for a softer crust.
