Hi All.

I just thought I would share a recipe for Wheat-Free All-Purpose Flour I use that saves me loads of hassle having to find bread in shops.

Wheat-Free All-Purpose Flour

6 cups white rice flour

6 cups brown rice flour

2 cups tapioca flour

2 tablespoons xanthan gum

Combine all ingredients. Store in a tightly covered container.

Hope this helps!

Very useful information thanks. How good is the bread with this combination? Also, where do you buy these flours from?

Hi. the bread itself is quite light concidering. I am able to get some of the flours from tesco although mostly i go to matas, (its a world food deli shop) in bold street in liverpool, or online as its easier to get them all in one go.
