Well...... here goes, I have made a number of attempts at losing weight, but I always end up back at the same point!! FAT!! But I am sick of not being successful and becoming healthier.... So this time, I AM going to do it....

Literally on the exact same page as you right now! I feel like I need to stick a massive sign in my wall so when I wake up I am reminded each day...
I keep telling myself that I know what to do, and that I know what's healthy and what's not..... But then I go and say finish work on Friday, feel all relaxed because it's weekend and then go and by loads of chocolate and crisps and cake. And let me tell you, I have this awful gift of being able to inhale food, rather than eat it!! I am so ashamed of myself at times.
But this time, I am going to not plan too far ahead like I usually do, I am just going to be on a diet today...... And wake up tomorrow, I am just going to be on a diet for the day...... I reckon if I keep it simple and take it one day at a time, I will achieve my goal of becoming healthier....
I think positive thinking will help us both Good luck!!
Yeah me too, I know what to do I just need to actually do it. That's me all over! I have to literally keep reminding myself it's not worth it, it's not worth it, I waste way too much money in bad foods.
Yeah that's a good idea, someone had advised that too, taking it slowly and simply. ABSOLUTELY! One day at a time... I like that.
