Starting out for the umpteenth time

I say starting out again to lose weight and live healthy but I have been making small changes since last May and some I have managed to keep as healthy habits

This time I want to make a difference that is more tangible to everyone who knows me!

I have tried it many times in the past but it just wasn't something I could do for life, I like bread too much 😍

Oh yes I tried WW and I was starving and scared to eat!

I am following the BHF facts not fads booklet which has been such a great change, I can even have a small glass of fruit juice in a morning and count it as one of my 5 a day. It is taking some effort to stop thinking of SYNs for everything!

I actually I'm and my children r eating fresh home cooked stuff daily ... I've lost 13.5 lbs in around 8 weeks xx

That is amazing, you are an inspiration xxx. I hope I can lose 1.5 lbs a week, it keeps you motivated seeing the scales move😎

Stick to it! it may get worse before it gets better. In fact it probably will and that's when most people quit but you know that when it is worse that's a good sign because it's a sign that you're nearly there.

Thanks for the advice, I am going to try to keep my motivation and I have taken before pictures and written down my reasons for doing this, so I can go back to it for strength when the times get tough.

I just know I have to make lifelong changes and not concentrate on the scales this time. Cure my food and exercise habits😇
