Dinner Out and Dance Afterwards :-)

Tonight, I'm going out for dinner and then dancing with a few people. The dancing is from 6:30-9:30 pm. I'm hoping that there will be a lot of other people there. I will try to get some pictures taken when I'm there. It depends on the timing and if I have enough battery power on my phone. I guess, we'll just have to wait and see how this goes!

The dinner will be at the Mall near where the dance is to be held, so it won't be too long to get there (unless the traffic is bad on the way). Best part.... No bad weather is reported to come during the time I go out! :-)

Enjoy! I love dancing and danced 3 or 4 times a week when I was younger. My husband and I met at a ballroom dancing studio. I’d love to get back to regular dancing. Now we both have dodgy knees and don’t quite move the same πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ•ΊπŸΌ

Sounds great! Did you do slow dancing?

Yes, and fast - slow rhythm, waltz, quick step, jive, cha cha. Rhumba plus a few progressive dances like the barn dance and progressive jive. We used to dance from 8.00 - midnight without much of a break. Now we have one fast jive and we’re stuffed πŸ˜ƒ Dancing is great for fitness.

Dancing has also proved positive in keeping dementia at bay. Another great reason to keep dancing.
