Hi and welcome
My advice would be to set small goals rather than focusing on your overall target. You will feel a real sense of progress if you set 7lb goals. Also make do-able changes that you can stick to. Reduce your sugar and junk food, increase your veg and fruit intake and drink more water. Unless you really want to you don't have to go mad with exercise as diet is more important for weight loss. If you do have a little slip-up, don't blow it out of proportion and just keep going with your positive changes
It may be struggle but it is absolutely do-able to achieve your target weight. I am on week 13 and have lost over 2.5 and still have about 4 stone to lose but I know that I can get there. The are lots of other success stories on here to inspire you
Agree with what MagsMM said. Would add that you need to find the right way for yourself. Many people have found different ways that work for them and them push them out as the only way to lose weight. What has worked for myself (gone from 15st 10oz to 13st 4oz - so far) is cutting out wheat as far as possible, drinking at least 2 litres of water a day and walking for 30 minutes a day. Plus no sweets or chocolate, expect a couple of squares of 85 or 90% plain chocolate. After about 6 months of this I started attending a weekly pilates class. Will this work for you? Perhaps. I think experimentation and patience are essential.
I am using a wheelchair. I have lost weight. It did not seem to have any change until I cut alcohol and more after cutting cheese. My plate half full of green veg, one third of protein and one sixth of carbohydrates because I am not active enough. Good luck!
