Hi,
What should you avoid?... processed food for a start would help a lot.
A lot, if not all, processed food has sugar in it (refined sugar), your body could do without that stuff.
Eat more fruit and veg instead.
I have a Nutribullet and have a lot of celery/cucumber smoothies.
I lost a lot of weight.
A lot of people would not be able to abide those smoothies but that is because they got/get so hooked on sugar. Sugar is addictive.
Add a little fruit to it to make it palatable.
You will soon get used to the taste and then find you can drink it without any fruit.
