It is not just food intake, you need regular exercise as well.

Try, eggs, chicken, fish, green leaf vegetables, cheese, fruits and avoid any food that have hidden sugar in them. Read the labels for sugar content. This is a slow process, it can work. Watch the portion size, very difficult, use a small plate to start with.

Cutting down on fats will help. For lunch I often have a poached egg, sardines, or mackerel on toast. Perhaps a salmon or tuna sandwich other days - I have a bit of onion with the fish to give it more taste.

Evening meals could consist of a jacket potato (no butter), salad and chicken - again I add red onion as I do with a lot of meals. Sometimes I make a curried rice with sultanas to have with chicken or a salmon salad. I'm no expert on losing weight as have never been that overweight, though I do watch what I eat for my healths sake. As Bala has suggested more exercise (I do a lot) and portion control will certainly help. You just have to be strong and go for it. Good luck.

We all have different idea on food.

Bread no, no. Potatoes questionable? butter, coconut oil cheese and blue top milk very good.

Go for tomato and onion salad with cheese for lunch. Another day green leaf veg and tomato steamed for lunch, may be with egg.

Breakfast, eggs cooked in butter.

Dinner fresh veg and chicken or fish.

Give it a try.

I would start out by not eating SUGAR and FLOUR. Walk every day and drink water.
