Hi. I'm sorry that you're not feeling so great :-( You may want to consider if your tiredness may be due to insufficient calories or nutrition. Beyond that, you should perhaps speak to your Dr if your tiredness is chronic and ongoing. People on this website shouldn't be trying to diagnosis what is wrong with you as we don't have enough info and we're not qualified to do so. Hope you feel better soon.

There are many reasons, talk to your GP and ask for blood test to identify the basic problem.
