This is what I had last night for dinner. It was ordered and delivered by dinner time. It had cauliflower, quinoa spaghetti gluten free pasta, butternut squash, pistachio nuts, nooch, scallions, basil, peach mild salsa, shrimp and red coconut curry sauce. Very delicious and I enjoyed it very much. I would order it again for another time.

I am sorry to be ignorant, but please could you tell me what is NOOCH.

Nooch is a nutritional yeast that can be flakes/cheese-like.

Thank you Activity2004, now I’m a bit more educated. Your dinner looks quite tasty, could it be made without the nooch and as it’s a cheesy yeast, could a grated melting cheese be sprinkled on it instead?

That sounds like a good idea. Since I got it from a restaurant, I wasn’t the one who had put the ingredients together. Nooch is good tasting, but I would have left it on the side to add a little for tasting before it was fully added to the meal, first.😀👍

quinoa spaghetti gluten free pasta - never heard of this. Do you live in US?

The meal sounds quite fulfilling - has crunch and very different textures.

it was really good and lots of protein with the gluten free pasta included— along with the quinoa and pistachios.😀👍
