Unfortunatelly i do not eat right, and i am kinda skinny for my height. I am also very stressful person and i think my body is getting tired from this as my blood pressure is getting low very easily.
I made my tests and i am healthy. I do have a higher TSH level but i already been to specialist and my thyroid is normal, it s just because of stress and my adrenal glandes. I am taking supplements for this. But the way how my blood pressure and glycemia levels go down it s very frustrating. I am eating from 3 hours in 3 hours and very little portions of food cuz more i can not.

What do you eat for snacks and meals? Has your doctor said anything about hypoglycemia being in the family? Did they run an A1c test to see what your blood sugars are for the last 90 days/3-4 months?
For snack i am eating something sweets. In the rest in the morning eggs, fruits, then a sandwich and 2 meals prepared at home, idk pasta, chicken with potatos, soup, this kinda of things.
My tests for glycemia are okey. I made them recently

Are you getting enough food and water? Do you mean you only eat within a three hour period? If you have low bp its really important to eat and not to fast until your strong enough. Things like wholegrains and root vegetables help support your spleen in the Chinese medicine sense which helps you to regain strength and is comforting food . if you have no appetite to eat a lot it could be a zinc deficiency I buy a children's tonic (used for kids after illness to rebuild appetite and it worked really well for me) I also found nettle seeds really helpful and getting enough salt ..so I would make soups with salt and water and vegetables as I often would forget to drink. I also got a juicer as I was much better able to eat a whole bag of carrots or kale if I juiced it and drank it than eat it. It sounds like you need to convelesc and really nourish yourself. I wouldn't do fasting for such long periods in your situation. Eat as regularly as you can and if you only have room for a small amount in your tummy then make it very rich in nutrients. Things like sprouted seeds are highly concentrated nutrient wise and a small portion of liver has a lot more vitamins and iron than a big bit of steak so choose things that pack a punch. And if you can track what you eat even for a few days or even some of the common things you eat to see what might be the most missing lacking things you might need. Is there anything you crave that might have something in it you need. I used to crave seseme seeds which are high I lots of things I now realise I have lacked. Anything which might be a common antagonist that you eat like bread sugar cheese potatoes things which might be hindering you by loading your body with difficult foods? The main thing for bp is hydration ...and water doesn't cut it... It needs to have electrolytes sodium potassium magnesium calcium ...so putting a pinch if salt and a sweeze of lemon into water helps it get into your system better than just water. Or soup or even bone broth things like that. Drinking things like beetroot juice and green veg like kale and celery and warming it up a bit so its not very cold. Cold foods like salad etc your body has to use a lot of energy to heat them up as well as digest them so warm food is best. Have a look at spleen deficiency chi foods. They're so helpful when your nervy and thyroid is haggard. Avoiding excitement like scary movies or annoying people or emotional dramas ...all draining of energy that you need to rebuild strength. Really bad for adrenals. I also found nettle seeds really helped me you don't get them now but in a few months the fields are laden with them. They're good for helping you adapt to stress and they're energizing and relaxing at the same time which is nice. You only need half a teaspoon of them I used to keep bags and bags of them in the freezer. Disnt use the half of them but a small bit when I was stressed was very calming. Magnesium is also helpful for anxiety it ised to be used like lithium to calm mental patients in the old days.
