What are your objectives?

One life therefore enjoy your loiving with good health!

Our body will let us know if there is a problem.

I am on life style change, food intake control and regular exercise.

Only time will tell if I need any medication.

Are you trying to maintain your weight or loose some weight?

I am maintaining my weight and once in a while I just let go and enjoy what is on offer when I go out!

Good luck.

Hi .I have a wardrobe full of clothes I can't squeeze into .I refuse to keep buying and want to lose a few more pounds.I would be thrilled with another 7 pounds off .

Try to avoid cabs and control your portions ( take 1/2 of what you have been eating, drink plenty of water, on food intake and you can see the results.

1/3 food, 1/3 water and 1/3 air, give it a try! very difficult.

I do the 5:2 as well..when its possible and I need a 'kick' up my pants.. ONE thing I always insist on though, is NOT being ' hard' on myself..DON'T FEEL GUILTY!!.. ever... if you ' slip' enjoy what you have had rather then feel guilty over it.. you can always get back ON the bandwagon .. and remember you are IN this for the longer term??

Personally I dont ' DO' eat this diet/ try that diet.. they are all short lived responses.. if anyone had the answer that worked for all, they would be millionaires.. find out what works for you LONG TERM and forget the rest/advice!!

Thanks for your input.Right now I'm fighting the fact I want something sweet.Namely chocolate .If I give in I know I will be silly and go overboard with it.And yes I will feel terribly guilty about it .
