Thanks everyone for your thoughts, comments and help, I will be checking it out. It is all about having a positive attitude, a 'can do' approach, this will be the third time in my life I've needed to lose around 10kg, ie I've done it twice before, once I get going I will be ok, its maintaining once I get to goal which I think is harder. I don't think I'm alone there.
