Well I finally made some gluten free Easter biscuits as the ones I made for Easter were more like cakes so to day I used ground almonds and plain white flour and am pleased with how they turned out.
I love baking and think its a great way to spend time at home and then I get to eat what I've baked. So the lockdown is what we make it and stay safe everyone.
I love baking Jerry but unfortunately love eating the end result, not good for the waistline!! Seriously these do look good, have managed to get flour now, no yeast or ground almonds but I live in hope. Enjoy, know you will !!
