Hi everyone,
I'd been out for a walk and just come in and my neighbour sent me a photo would I like some of her home made gf vegan cake so obviously I didn't want to be impolite...
It was delicious and I will get the recipe it is made with buckwheat flour. I've been making gluten free vegan flap jacks with quinoa flakes and coconut oil and gave some of them to my neighbour so it works for all of us.
I love coffee n walnut cake I'll get mam to make me one lol you really fell lucky with house nebours like that who eat same as you must be fate lol 😊

We have a neighbor who is willing to give us some cucumbers from his garden when we run out and when he has leftovers. We use them for salads that I have and for those who don't like them, then they don't add it to anything for themselves.
That’s really nice of them, I bet they taste good. 😊
They are especially when you use dip-like flavors of dressing!
