Will this "food ingredient", with a crazy name, be removed from all US bread products? If yes, good news because this chemical (already banned in Europe) is a potentially carcinogenic: edition.cnn.com/2014/02/10/...

What are your thoughts about it?

If you like the idea of a bread ingredientes list with no complicated names, you might also want to have a look at the Real Bread Campaign: sustainweb.org/realbread/ where "Real Bread is that made without the use of processing aids or any other artificial additives."
