I don't usually go in for new year resolutions but next year, after a few years of passivity due to COVID, Long COVID, family problems, hospitalisations PTSD and C-PTSD, I'm feeling like it's time for me to proactively priorities my own needs and aspirations. I've spent too long putting others before myself, and am feeling the passage of time so it feels like the right time. I recently started using a planner for setting small goals, which seems to help, so will carry on. I know I can be more, do more with my life and today is the first time I've felt this so strongly so thanks for being my witnesses.
