Hi Toula223.
I'm so sorry to hear this. It must have been a tough decision, but, hopefully now your husband may be receiving the best care?
Panic attacks are really complex. From personal experience, they were often when I felt out of my depth, isolated/alone or just vulnerable. I needed someone who could help to ground me and provide a safe harbour; to remind me of truths I knew and, that would help strengthen me.
Do you have any support yourself, around you? Is there anyone who can provide a safe sounding board and just give you moral support, company or even a hug?
There are many topics and post resources that you can access on this forum - please do see the column on the right of this page.
Most of all, sending you best wishes - and hugs.

Hi Toula223,
I think reaching out for support is a a good idea. It is very distressing and it is understandable that you are going through a lot.
Having a therapist to process things might help.
Grounding yourself by focusing on an object or your breathing might help.
If it is constant then I would make an appointment with a therapist or a doctor...
I am very sorry that things are very tough for you and your husband...
