I am so sorry, Add2021.

Panic attacks are terrible and it's particularly bad, having them all day.

This sounds very serious and I'm wondering if perhaps calling your doctor would help, telling them you are not able to function?

I hope your new medications will help. Were you able to get to the pharmacy?

There are some grounding techniques that might help.

There are some resources on the internet, like Claire Weekes "Pass through panic". It's not PTSD specific though

How are you feeling now?

Sending lots of support...

I am so sorry about your dog...that's terrible.

Living with neurological disorders is challenging already, let alone a toxic family.

I lived with a toxic family and it made everything so very hard and living with constant stress like this can be damaging.

I am really sorry you are going through this. Having panic is totally understandable in those circumstances...

Panic attacks have to be one of the hardest things to get through. They feel like they will never come to an end. The total exhaustion after a panic attack proves how draining this is on our body.

Do you have any tools that help you get some moments of peace? Some people enjoy music, getting outside, meditation etc.

Call your Dr if you are getting no relief once you start the meds. Some take time to begin to work. I'm not sure what you were given.

Hang in there. We are here to listen

I'm sorry about the loss of your dog. I've dealt with many losses and by far that was the hardest one.

I also grew up in a very toxic family. I can relate to that 100%. So much damage and pain we endure from them.

I'm sorry you feel so alone.
