I wanna say mental health should definitely come first. I’ve learned from everything I’ve gone through that you’re mind can do anything positive or negative. With that being said I want to let you know anything is possible please put your mental health first because that is really important. I understand how bad it can be dealing with mental illness it definitely isn’t easy dealing and living with but we are here for you I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say we are here to support you. This is a great place to be. You deserve positivity and that is also another reason I stay positive because obviously people need positivity in there life.

You are important, needed and wanted do not ever forget that you deserve to live someone in this world needs you.

This world definitely isn’t all peaches and sunshine but some people make it a better place keep that in mind ❤️

Much Love and Support!!!

Everybody deserves positivity and support, ThatOneGuy98.

Having said that, I know there are people in some deep pain, physical or mental (or both) and sometimes, some circumstances are tough and/or traumatic. Some days they might not feel positive but that's okay.

I want to say to them: "I hear your pain". That's sometimes what the person needs to hear. It is individual.

If they share what they need (for example whether they need advice or just need to vent), others can better respond to those needs.

I wouldn't want to speak for the entire community on the way they are/feel today, unless I have an announcement in my official role.

Each person has a different capacity for each day.

The support is mutual. We are there for each other. That's what is most precious to me, personally, as a member.

True, so I now look at my positive experiences/relationships as nourishing such as this morning having accepted an invitation for an outdoor church service and BBQ from a friend and then going to my youngest son's to assist him in his struggle with Parkinson's.

I have learned the same things as you through the many adverse circumstances that I have endured and when I focused on the right things instead of those things over which I had no control (ie the behavior of others) it took a while but I was able to see things differently and in time realize that many times I created much of my anxiety myself due to lack of skills not taught in childhood.

Today because of recovery programs like Al-anon and Celebrate Recovery, I have learned more about how I have been impacted by my childhood environment and given new skills that can help me cope better. My perspectives and beliefs are also changing and while not grateful for the heartache and adversities that I have left behind, I am beginning to tackle forgiveness of others setting myself free from my own confinement of mind.

Thanks for your post, I appreciate it.
