I am new here, I keep getting dreams about high school (graduated. 2016) but this time was different. The girl who bullied me for years she was in the dream but this time when she tried to insult me I said "The biggest virus in this room is not covid but you." before I walked out. Am I healing? what does this dream mean?

I have nightmares regularly and the way I understand it, dreams are a way of the subconscious mind of facing situations that might be too overwhelming while we are awake .

It is also a very important way of processing things.

I think there might be something in the situation that you need closure with and you are processing something during your sleep.
