You might try the local helplines in your area, Murphy. We are online and we don't organise official meetings, although people do find friendships and meet face to face (before the pandemic).

I hope you can find a local support group.

We are an on line support group from around the world for example I wouldn’t know what country northants is in. Perhaps you could enquire close to where you live if there is a face to face support group? Just a thought.
