I’m Becca, I am diagnosed with BPD, OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, major depressive disorder, ADD, C-PTSD. I’m 30, a mom and a wife. I have 3 cats and a German shepherd & live in Tennessee.

Hi there! Nice to meet you. I hope you will find this community to be supportive and helpful, I certainly have. We all can post comments, questions, answers, moans(!) insights etc. or just read others posts. Just one thing to remember - please put a 'Trigger warning,' note in the title or first line of any post that you think could be difficult for others to read. I have learnt such a lot from interacting with other members in this community. I find it really comforting to connect with people who understand something of what I have experienced, particularly as I find it terribly hard to talk about any of this stuff with anyone else - not because I am embarrassed or ashamed, but because I find people with no experience of these issues have immense trouble understanding any of it.
