Today I accepted, there is no Thinking Yourself Right .. any more than you can think yourself out of Arthritis... Questions?

in my experience with PTSD, I can't "think" myself out of it, it is on a different level of subconscious body memories and thoughts in my case don't have much to do with it.

Thank you for sharing the way you feel about it, ChaosButterfly. Of course, everyone is different but for me any therapy that was based on changing thoughts, was not helpful. Only when I started trauma therapy called somatic experiencing, I started recovering.

and every time and I hate it. It is automatic . So difficult. thank you...
