Where would you like to go to? If it’s a particular place and if your currently in a place that is in lockdown during the pandemic why not go online and look at how you can get there how much it will cost and where you will stay and the like. The places you would like to visit while you are there. That sort of thing. Start planning now it’s also a distraction for feeling stuck for me.

Sometimes when I feel like you are I write to see if it’s something else I’m trying to run from so I can address that in therapy.
