C-PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, multiple tbi's

After a very long journey I wanted to share how I manage all of my diagnosis. 5 minutes at a time, I tell myself in 5 minutes I can give in to the anxiety, do whatever I need to do but I have to wait 5 minutes. Sometimes that's how I spend a whole day. In 5 minute increments but it works and it helps.
