One of the best tools I find for myself to reduce the criticsl voice intensity is stretching. I do 7 to 10 stretches each morning. Each to the count of 100 so i sm really feeling it. I immediately feel more relaxed. And by being more relaxed the criticsl voice lessens.

Has anyone else had succesx with stretching or somthing physical?

Yes! So glad tou find it helpful too. I do Yoga and I find it very helpful, it literally 'shifts your perspective' physically and mentally.

Walking works well for me too....the mind chatter sort of 'walks out' of my mind and I tend to feel more positive generally about my body and life after exercise. Especially if I listen to some up beat music or get out in nature.
