Your right the struggle is usually invisible and that is even worse and more misunderstood by family and friends and makes it that much harder to deal with. It can be a lonely path 😢

So we much rally together rant vent encourage as much as we can to stay afloat and strong 💪🏾 and focussed 👀for each other as you never know if s change may come your way 🙏🏾🌈💜.
