I am really sorry that you are going through such a tough time right now and on your own. I know how difficult that is like to live in fear, have been there.

I'm confused as to why it's been a year and a month without support. Is this because there is no therapists where you are, or maybe they cost money? In NZ we can reach out and make an appointment for therapy and the first sixteen sessions are funded even if out claim to compensation us ultimately turned down. These sessions are still funded by the state.

Can you be a bit more specific about what you would like support with?

If it's for someone to say I'm here and I've experienced trauma that has led to Complex ptsd then I can say that. I understand all the twists and turns of recovery up to the point I'm currently at.
